YogaHolidays.com is an online marketplace for yoga and wellness retreats. We list retreats offered by independent organizers and help guests find, compare and book them with the organizer. We do not organize, run or host any retreat ourselves.
YogaHolidays.com is operated by GLOBAL RETREATS SRL, Strada Speranței nr. 9C, 907195 Mihail Kogălniceanu, Constanța County, Romania, EU, Trade Register No. J2017003897135, VAT ID RO38591710, email office@yogaholidays.com.
Each retreat is sold, organized and delivered by the organizer named on the listing. The organizer is responsible for the retreat itself: the program, teachers, venue, accommodation, meals, transfers, safety, and any licences, permits or insurance the retreat requires.
When you book a retreat, your contract for the retreat is with the organizer. Your booking confirmation names the organizer as the provider of the retreat. GLOBAL RETREATS SRL is not a party to that contract and does not sell or provide the retreat.
Organizers on YogaHolidays.com are professional retreat providers acting in the course of their business. They confirm to us that they comply with the laws that apply to their retreats, including package travel and insolvency protection rules where these apply. Your rights regarding the retreat itself are generally exercised against the organizer, without limiting any rights you have under mandatory law.
We are responsible for the YogaHolidays.com platform: the listing pages, the inquiry and booking tools, and handling the booking deposit you pay through us.
Listings are based on information provided and approved by organizers, who are responsible for its accuracy. Our editors may write or edit listing text for clarity. We correct or remove information that we find, or are told, is wrong.
Some listings are published for information before the organizer has confirmed every detail. These listings are clearly marked as awaiting confirmation and cannot be booked until the organizer confirms them.
By default, results are shown in our recommended order. This order is based on several factors:
Reviews: the rating and number of verified reviews.
Commission: the commission rate the organizer pays us for the listing. Organizers can choose a higher rate, which can improve a listing’s position.
Performance: how the listing performs on our site, such as inquiries and bookings received.
Availability: whether the retreat has open dates, especially for the dates you searched.
Popularity: how often guests view the listing.
Featured listings are selected by our team and shown on the homepage and at the top of results. They are labelled “Featured”. Sponsored listings have paid for extra visibility through our Spotlight service and are always labelled “Sponsored”.
You can filter results by destination, dates, yoga style and duration, and change the order using the sort options on the results page.
A visible listing does not guarantee that a date, room or price is available. Availability is confirmed by the organizer.
An inquiry is not a booking. Sending an inquiry is free and does not commit you to anything.
Before paying or making non-refundable travel plans, make sure you have written confirmation of the organizer, dates, venue, room, what is and is not included, the total price, who you pay, and the cancellation terms.
Cancellation and refund terms are set by each organizer and shown on the listing. Please read them before you book.
When you book online, you pay a deposit through YogaHolidays.com. The deposit percentage is shown on the listing and is part of the total price, not an extra cost.
GLOBAL RETREATS SRL collects the deposit on behalf of the organizer. Our commission is paid by the organizer and is never added to your price.
You pay the remaining balance directly to the organizer, as described in your booking confirmation.
If the organizer cancels a confirmed retreat, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days. We refund the part of your payment we hold, and the organizer refunds what it has received.
If you cancel, whether you get a refund depends on the organizer’s cancellation policy and on the law. A payment described as non-refundable may still be refundable where mandatory law requires it. Refunds we process are returned to your original payment method.
Payment instructions come only from office@yogaholidays.com or from the organizer named in your booking confirmation. If you receive unexpected payment instructions, a changed bank account, or a request for a password or one-time code, stop and contact office@yogaholidays.com first.
Never send your password or full card details by email.

Retreats can involve physical activity, special diets and travel to remote places. Ask the organizer about accessibility, diet, activity intensity and any health requirements before you confirm.
Check passport, visa, vaccination and entry requirements for your destination, and take out suitable travel insurance. In an emergency, contact local emergency services first.
We are introducing verified reviews. Once this system is live, only guests who booked through YogaHolidays.com will be invited to review their retreat, and reviews will be checked against our booking records. Organizers cannot write, edit or delete reviews of their own retreats. We publish positive and negative reviews alike and do not remove reviews merely because they are critical. We remove a review only if it is fraudulent, unlawful, contains personal data or offensive language, or is unrelated to the retreat.
External testimonials may be shown separately from reviews collected through YogaHolidays.com. They are labelled as external and not verified by us, show their original source and date, and are not included in the YogaHolidays.com rating. We never offer guests money or discounts for a review.
You can report illegal content, inaccurate information, suspected fraud, unsafe conduct, discriminatory material, photos used without permission, or a fake review. Email office@yogaholidays.com and include:
the link to the page;
what the problem is and, for illegal content, why you believe it is illegal;
your name and email address;
a statement that the information in your report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
We confirm receipt, review every report and tell you what we decided. If we remove or restrict a listing, review or account, we tell the organizer or reviewer why and how they can contest the decision. We cannot promise that every organizer or venue has been inspected in person.
Our single point of contact for users and for authorities under the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065) is office@yogaholidays.com. We communicate in English and Romanian.
If something goes wrong with a confirmed retreat, contact the organizer first and keep copies of all correspondence. Please let us know too at office@yogaholidays.com: we will review the case and help where we can, but we cannot decide disputes between you and the organizer.
If the issue is not resolved, you can contact the consumer protection authority in your country. For cross-border disputes within the EU, the European Consumer Centre in your country can help free of charge.
Organizers who list on YogaHolidays.com accept our Partner Terms, which set out their obligations, our commission, how deposits are handled and how listings are ranked.
